摘　　要：目的 观察Medpor外科种植体在鼻尖整形术中的临床效果及不良反应.方法 对自2013年6月至2015年1月收治的36例因鼻尖扁平圆钝、鼻小柱偏斜或伴鼻背塌陷的患者,采用Medpor 联合自体耳软骨移植,构建鼻尖及鼻小柱支架,以重塑鼻尖形态.结果 对本组患者进行3～18个月随访,术后1例鼻尖感染,4例鼻尖偏斜,其余31例均无排异、过敏等其他不良反应发生.结论 Medpor 外科种植体具有良好的组织相容性,性质稳定,不能被吸收,手术效果满意,在鼻整形中值得推广应用及进一步观察研究.Objective To observe the clinical effects of Medpor surgical implant on nasal tip plasty with and its adverse effects. Methods From June 2013 to January 2015, 36 patients with blunt and flat nasal tip, deviated nasal columella or lower nasal bridge were treated by Medpor combined with autologous auricular carti- lage to form stand of nasal tip and columella, thus remodeled which could reshaped the tip＇s contour. Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, all were satisfied with good contour and without re- jective and allergic responses and other adverse effects, except for one with infection on the nasal tip and 4 with the deviation of nasal tip. Conclusion The Medpor surgical implant is an ideal implanting material for nasal tip plasty with these advantages, like good histocompatibility, stable nature and non-absorbency. It deserves spreading and need to further being observed and researched.
