应用化瘀消肿方促进重睑成形术后眼睑消肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评价中药化瘀消肿方对促进重睑成形术后眼周组织消肿的效果.方法 将60例重睑成形术后的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组于术后口服化瘀消肿方;对照组口服抗生素7d.分别于术后即刻,2、5、7d对所有患者重睑线最高点至睫毛根部距离进行测量,并进行眼周组织肿胀程度评分,从而对药物疗效进行评价.结果 治疗组术后2、5、7d重睑线宽度变化度明显低于对照组;术后2、5d眼周组织肿胀程度评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 口服化瘀消肿方能够明显降低重睑成形术后眼周组织肿胀,缩短术后肿胀消退时间,为临床促进术后消肿提供了一种新的思路.Objective To assess the efficacy of a traditional Chinese medicine, huayu xiaozhong decocti- on （ HXD）, in treating the local swelling after the double eyelid plasty. Methods Totally 60 cases who underg- one double eyelid plasty were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases for each group. Cases in the experimental group took HXD for 7 days while those in the control group took antibiotics for 7 days. In order to evaluate the drug efficacy, the distances of the highest point on the eyelid line to the roots of eyelashes in the immediate on all cases were measured immediately, at 2, 5, 7 days after surgery and the scores of perioptic tissue swelling were recorded. Results The widths of double eyelid in the experimen- tal group were significantly lower than that in the control group at 2, 5 and 7 days. The scores of perioptic tissue swelling in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group at 2 and 5 days （ P〈0.05 or 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Oral taking of HXD could reduce the swelling around the eyes significantly, shorten the time of swelling, and providing a new way for this problem.
