摘 要:对51种南瓜杂交组合(F1)的叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、蔓粗、节间长、第1雌花节位、第1雄花节位、生长势、叶片颜色、叶片形状和嫩果颜色等11个主要农艺性状进行测定,并进行相关分析和聚类分析,以期为南瓜新品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明:南瓜杂交组合(F1)7个主要数量性状都具有较丰富的变异潜力,其中变异潜力最大的是第1雌花节位和第1雄花节位,变异系数分别为20.1%和22.5%;农艺性状相关性分析表明,其农艺性状大都存在极显著或显著差异;利用类平均法在欧氏距离3.72处,供试材料分为4个不同的类型,综合性状最好的是第2类型。11 primary agronomic characters of 51 Pumpkins cross combination such as the leaf film length, the leaf blade width, the length of petiole, the vine thick, the panel length, node of the 1 st female flower, node of the 1 st staminate flower, the growth poten- tial, leaf color, leaf shape, and the green pumpkin color were measured, and the correlation and cluster analysis was done, in order to providing scientific basis for culture of pumpkin new varieties. The results showed that there were rich potential of variation in 7 main quantitative characters, the biggest were node of the l st female flower and node of the 1 st staminate flower, the coefficient of var- iation were 20.1% and 22.5% , respectively. The result of correlation analysis of agronomic characters indicated that there were sig- nificant or very significant positive correlation among agronomic characters. By cluster analysis, the materials could be classified to four groups at 2.93 of rescaled distance, the comprehensive characters of the second type is the best.
