摘 要:为了确定不同向日葵品种对菌核病抗性水平,本试验在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市五原县新公中镇民利村、宁夏固原市三营镇孙家河村以及赤峰农科院农场的三地田间自然病圃对不同的向日葵品种进行了抗菌核病鉴定。在菌核病田间自然发病的条件下,对供试品种发病株进行统计并计算平均根茎病株率。在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市五原县新公中镇民利村,供试的69份向日葵品种中呈现轻发生的品种有8份,以GKS09-2等为代表;偏轻发生的品种有46份,中等发生的品种有15份。宁夏固原市三营镇孙家河村供试的57份向日葵品种中鉴定出NYK36等24份向日葵品种为偏轻发生,轻发生的品种1份,中等发生的品种有28份,偏重发生的品种4份。赤峰农科院供试的51份向日葵品种中,发病程度为轻发生的有1份即赤KY11-23,偏轻发生的有32份,中等发生的有18份。同一供试地点不同向日葵品种之间对菌核病抗性存在一定的差异;同时同一品种在不同供试地点间也均存在着一定的抗性差异,如食葵品种GKS09-2在宁夏固原试验点的根茎病株率为10.45%,内蒙古五原试验点的根茎病株率为4.27%,内蒙古赤峰的试验点根茎病株率为6.85%,这种现象的存在预示着不同地区的向日葵核盘菌可能存在着致病力分化现象。In order to determine the resistant levels of different sunflower varieties to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, We planted test mate- rials in three different sites such as Wuyuan of Inner Mongolia, Guyuan of Ningxia and Chifeng of Inner Mongolia under natural condi- tion. The average incidence rate of infected plants was calculated in field. In the Wuyuan of Inner Mongolia, eight varieties out of 69 varieties showed lighter infection, which represented by the variety of GKS09 -2. 46 varieties was classified as light infected level and 15 varieties are identified as middle infected level. In the Guyuan of Ningxia, 24 out of 57 varieties are classified as lighter infec- ted level; one variety are infected as light level; 28 varieties are belong to middle infected level; severe infected level have 4 varie- ties. In Chifeng site,51 sunflower varieties were tested,only KY11 -23 showed light level; lighter level contain 32 varieties and 18 varieties have been classified as middle infected level. Different sunflower varieties are showing different resistant level to S. sclerotio- rum even though in the same tested site. Notably, same variety presents different resistant level to S. sclerotiorum at different test sites,such as the incidence of GKS09 -2 are 10.45% , 4.27% and 6.85% in Guyuan of Ningxia province, wuyuan of Inner Mongo- lia and Chifeng of Inner Mongolia, respectively,indicating that S. sclerotiorum may exist pathogenicity differentiation in the different sunflower planting fields.
