摘  要:对抗蓟马紫花苜蓿形态特征、茎叶解剖构造及不同时期的抗虫性和产草量进行了研究,结果表明:抗蓟马紫花苜蓿受蓟马危害轻,抗虫性强,叶色为深绿色、叶形窄而厚,柔毛质硬、短粗、紧密,抗蓟马苜蓿的茸毛密度为68个/mm2,茸毛长度约为570~631μm,粗度15.2~17.5μm;抗蓟马紫花苜蓿的叶表面茸毛与叶片间的角度在30°~60°间,抗蓟马紫花苜蓿展开叶的横断面厚度为98.4μm,草原二号苜蓿为72.1μm,心叶和幼茎表面有腺体;抗蓟马紫花苜蓿茎、叶结构的细胞壁的厚度要大于草原2号苜蓿。温室里,抗蓟马紫花苜蓿的年总产草量高于草原2号苜蓿13.80%;抗蓟马紫花苜蓿和草原2号苜蓿的虫情指数分别为:0.37、0.90,从虫情指数分析抗蓟马紫花苜蓿的抵抗蓟马危害的能力高于草原2号苜蓿。Thistle horse alfalfa stem and le~ morphological characteristics, anatomical structure and resistance of different periods and yield were studied, the results showed that: Anti - thrips alfalfa damage by thrips light, insect resistance, leaf color is dark green, narrow leaf thickness, pubescent hard, short and thick, dense, anti alfalfa thrips density of 68 hairs/ram2 , the length is about 570 ~6311~m, the rough degree is 15.2 ~ 17.51~m, short and coarse, the angle between fuzz on the surface of leaves and its is about in 30 o - 60 ~. Cross - sectional thickness of the anti - thrips alfalfa and alfalfa grassland II (control) expanded leaves were respec- tively: 98. d^m , 72.1 ~m. There are glands on the leaf surface and young stems. Anti -thrips alfalfa stems, the structure of leaves of cell wall thickness is greater than the alfalfa grassland II clover. In greenhouse, Annual yield of Anti - thrips alfalfa is higher than alfalfa grassland II by 13.80%. The pest index in the third thrips alfalfa was 0.37. The pest index of anti thrips alfalfa and alfalfa grassland 2 respectively : 0.37, 0.90. anti thrips alfalfa has higer damage resistance than the alfalfa grassland lI from pest index anal- ysis ability .
