呼和浩特市地区英国纯血马的生理生化指标的测定

摘　　要：为了给纯血马在我国的研究提供更多的参考资料,本文测定了在呼和浩特长期生活的24匹健康的英纯血马的体温、脉搏、呼吸频率、16项血常规指标、13项血液生化指标及血液流变学指标。结果表明,体温、脉搏、呼吸频率的测定值分别为37.648±0.295℃,30.958±3.689次/min,13.826±2.443次/min;测定的16项血常规指标除RDW-CV和MPV未查到参考范围的,其他血常规指标测定值均在参考范围内;测定的13项生化指标中,TG未查到参考范围,ALKP测定的最高值略高于参考范围,LDH的测定值均高于参考范围,其他生化指标的测定值均在参考范围内;血液黏度的高切、中切、低切的测定值分别为4.46±0.191m Pa/s,6.011±0.218 m Pa/s,8.312±0.24 m Pa/s。In order to provide more references in the research of thoroughbred in our country,24 healthy thoroughbred＇s body temperature,respiratory rate,pulse rate,16 blood indicators,and 13 blood biochemical indexes and hemorheology was measured in Hohhot. The results show that body temperature,pulse,respiratory rate were 37. 648 ± 0. 295℃,30. 958 ± 3. 689 times / min,13. 826 ±2. 443 times / min; 16 routine blood parameters were measured In addition to the RDW- CV and MPV,other indicators were within the reference range; Amoung the 13 biochemical parameters were measured,most ALKP values were slightly larger than the reference values,LDH measured values were larger than the reference range,the measured values of other biochemical markers are in the range of reference value; The high cut,cut,low- cut blood viscosity values were 4. 46 ± 0. 191 m Pa / s,6. 011 ± 0. 218 m Pa / s,and 8. 312 ±0. 24 m Pa / s.
