摘 要:本文针对传统的索氏提取器提取药物的有效成分存在的缺点,自制研发了一种外置夹式索氏提取超声波加速器,利用超声波产生的强烈震动、高加速度、强烈的空化效应、搅拌作用等,提高提取速率。通过实验对比,用外置夹式索氏提取超声波加速器法明显优于传统提取法,提取时间大大缩短,在较短的时间内达到提取平衡。且外置夹式索氏提取超声波加速器设备简单,操作方便,是在使用索氏提取器进行提取时,使其提取率提高的有效方法。An external ultrasound accelerator for Soxhlet extractor is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional Soxhlet extractor. The extracting rate can be greatly increased because of the multiple effects of strong shaking,large accelerated,intense cavitation and agitation brought by the accelerator. According to the comparison experiment,the extracting method using the external ultrasound accelerator reached extracting balance with a shorter time than the traditional extracting method. Meanwhile,the ultrasound accelerator with a simple structure can be operated easily,which is an effective way to increase the extracting rate of traditional Soxhlet extractor.
