固相熔融法合成聚天冬氨酸的实验研究

摘　　要：采取固相熔融法将马来酸酐和碳酸铵合成产品聚天冬氨酸,并通过正交实验设计分析得出最佳合成工艺条件;红外光谱分析了产品的结构。通过天冬氨酸的阻垢性研究,证明聚天冬氨酸是一种良好的绿色环保阻垢剂。A melt- out synthesis method of polyaspartic acid（ PASP） from maleic anhydride and salvolatile as raw materials was studied in solide phase system. the best compound technics condition was found by an orthogonal experimental design. And the structure of the product was characterized by means of infrared spectrum. The scale inhibition performance also studied in the paper. The result showed that polyaspartic acid is a green water disposal.
