摘 要:通过试验确定紫外光谱检验鞋油的条件为,扫描波长190~300nm,样本稀释比例1:5,使用无水乙醇作为提取剂。依据样品在225nm附近是否存在吸收峰,可以将30个样品分为两大类,一类存在该特征峰,共有8个样品;另一类不存在该吸收峰,共有22个样品。分析紫外吸收曲线相似度s可以得出,不同品牌样品紫外图谱相似度s〈0.90,不同承裁物上的同一样品紫外吸收曲线相似度s〉0.98,不同样品区分率为0.96。结果显示,该检验方法操作简便,检验速度快,所需检材量小,重现性好,可用于鉴定膏状鞋油物证。The testing conditions were determined through experiments, which wavelength was at 190-300nm, quantity dilution ratio of the liquid was at 1 : 5, alcohol was used as extraction agent. 30 samples of paste shoe polish were divided into two categories according to different absorption peaks of UV spectra: class I, with the peak that close to 225nm ,was about 8 samples; class II, with no that peak ,was about 22 samples. Based on the analysis on UV absorption curve similarity, the similarity of UV spectra among different brands of samples was less than 0.90, the similarity of same sample in different supporting bodies was more than 0.98. Distinguish rate of different samples was 0.96. The results show that the method posseses easy operation, high determination speed, little test material needed and good repeativeness, which is suitable for identifying the material evidence of paste shoe polish.
