摘　　要：提出并建立了“315”质量管理体系，以全面推进与实施质量管理，合理管控、有效解决制鞋生产各个工序中常见的质量问题，同时对实施“315”质量管理体系前后的效果进行数据比较，以利于有针对性地不断提高产品质量及持续改进管理方法。The ＂315＂ quality budget management system was proposed and established, so the quality management was fully promoted. Common problems in each process of shoemaking production were managed and controlled reasonably or solved effectivly. At the same time, the effects between before and after the implementation are compared, in order to promote the product quality and improve the management methods accordingly and continuously.
