广西健康体检后续服务体系现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西健康体检后续服务体系现况,探讨健康体检后续服务体系的深层价值。方法通过文献研究法及深入访谈法了解广西健康体检后续服务现况,并在广西某家三甲医院体检中心随机抽取2014年的2537份体检报告资料进行描述性统计分析。结果广西缺乏完善的健康体检后续服务体系;血脂异常、脂肪肝、乙型肝炎、高血压、糖尿病的总检出率较高,且在41~50岁年龄组的构成比较大。结论检出率较高的前5种疾病均与生活习性密切相关,同时高危人群趋于年轻化,广西应因地制宜,发展精细化、个性化健康体检后续延伸服务业务,创建健康管理一体化服务模式。Objective： To know about the follow-up service system after health examination in Guangxi and discuss its innermost value by means of literature research and in-depth interview. Method： The authors make a descriptive and statistical analysis on the random sample of 2,537 reports of health examination in 2014. Result： There is a lack of follow-up service system after health examination,and mostly people of 41 to 50 years old are most easily stricken by abnormal blood lipid,fatty liver,hepatitis B,high blood pressure and diabetes. Conclusion： The top 5 diseases w ith the highest detective rate are related closely to their living habits,and people of high risk are younger. Thus,Guangxi Province should adjust measures according to local conditions,refine and personify the extending service after health examination and establish an integrated service mode.
