对CNMARC 4--字段改革的建议

摘　　要：在CNMARC中,4--字段用于实现两条记录之间的连接。但纵观现有的4--字段,其中不乏无法用到和无需使用的字段,还有一些字段因缺少详尽的使用说明,导致书目数据中虽含有4--字段却并没有产生记录连接的效果。为增强4--字段的实用性和可操作性,《新版中国机读目录格式使用手册》需要增加423字段用法说明,扩展430字段使用范围,修改461与462字段的名称。In CNMARC, 4-- field is used to realize the connection between two records. But many existing 4--fields are not used and not need to be used. There are some fields because of lack of the detailed use illustration of bibliography data, resulting in bibliography data didn＇t produce the effect of the record connection although containing 4-- field. In order to enhance the practicality and maneuverability of 4-- field, New China Machine-Readable Catalogue Format Manual needs to be added the use illustration of 423 field, expanded the use scope of 430 field, revised names of 461 field and 462 field.
