摘  要:为实现复杂加工任务的加工要求和制造资源的加工能力之间的搜索匹配,分析了本体技术在语义建模中的运用,给出了制造资源分类模型,提出了本体五元组DSBFS的建模方法,构建了云制造资源以及云加工任务的本体信息模型,初步设计了资源发现模型,将加工要求与加工能力之间的搜索匹配转化为制造资源本体和加工任务本体之间的映射来求解,最后通过DSBFS建模方法建立了具体实例的本体模型,并运用语义Web本体语言OWL对实例的资源本体和加工任务本体进行了规范描述,实践证明所提建模方法具有正确性和可行性。To achieve the search matching betw een processing requirements of complex processing tasks and the processing ability of manufacturing resources,the method of ontology-based DSBFS modeling is proposed. The application of ontology technology in semantic modeling w as analyzed. The classification model of the manufacturing resources w as established. The otology-based cloud manufacturing resources and processing tasks information model w ere build. The preliminary model of resource discovery w as designed.Then the problem that the search matching betw een processing requirements and processing capacity can be solved by the mapping betw een the ontology of manufacturing resources and processing tasks. Finally,the ontology model of a specific instance w as established by the modeling method of DSBFS. And the resources and processing task ontology of the instance w ere described by semantic Web ontology language OWL. It's says that the proposed modeling method has the feasibility and correctness through the practice.
