创业型大学的历史沿革、研究现状及典型特征分析

摘　　要：创业型大学已经成为当前大学发展的典范和可供参考的重要模式。创业型大学目前正沿着"美国模式"和"欧洲模式"两个路径演进。创业型大学在大学目标、文化和组织等方面表现出许多独特特征,具体表现为大学教学、研究和社会服务职能的全面演进。今后应该重点研究在中国大学实践中,相关高校向创业型大学转型的发生机理,并提出具体的实现路径以推动中国高校积极转型和快速发展。Entrepreneurial University has become an important reference model for the development of the current university. Now there are two entrepreneurial university′s evolution paths along ＂American model＂ and the ＂European model＂. The objectives, cultural and organization exhibit many unique features in Entrepreneurial University, it shows specific performance for the full evolution of teaching,research and social service functions in university. Future research should focus on the practice in Chinese universities, the related mechanism of the transformation for entrepreneurial university, and put forward specific implementation path to promote the positive transformation and rapid development of Chinese universities.
