摘　　要：目的探讨超短波并脉冲磁结合康复训练治疗对膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的影响。方法将膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用综合康复治疗(超短波并脉冲磁结合康复训练)方法进行治疗,对照组仅采用超短波并脉冲磁治疗,分别于治疗前后采用VAS疼痛评分和症状体征评分法进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果治疗组的综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS评分和症状体征评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合康复治疗对膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者有显著疗效,而在超短波并脉冲磁治疗的基础上配合康复训练会提高治疗效果。Objective To assess the effect of combined rehabilitation in the patients with traumatic synovitis of knee. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into experimental group using ultrashort wave therapy,pulse magnetic therapy and rehabilitation training,and control group with ultrashort wave therapy and pulse magnetic therapy. Visual analogue scale（ VAS） and the scales for sign were evaluated before and after treatment between two groups.The clinical effects were researched and analysed statistically. Results There was a significant difference in the rate of general effective between experimental group and control group（ P〈0.05）.The comparison of the scales for visual analogue scale（ VAS） and sign before and after treatment in two groups had significant differences（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrashort wave therapy and pulse magnetic therapy have a good effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee,when rehabilitation training treatment carry out at the same time,the therapeutic efficiency can be improved significantly.
