摘 要:通过进行连铸结晶器插钢带试验,研究了钢水过热度、铸坯拉速、钢带尺寸等对钢带插入速度的影响。结果表明,板坯合理的拉速为1.2~1.4m/min,钢水最佳过热度为28-31℃,钢带插入速度髓铸坯拉速的增大而增大。当插入比接近1%时,插入速度随着钢带尺寸的逐渐增大而减小。金相观察发现,该技术使连铸坯中心等轴晶区扩大到截面的45%~55%,在很大程度上消除了中心偏析,提高了中心组织的致密度,显著改善了连铸坯的组织结构,减少了轴向化学不均质性,提高了钢坯品质,同时连铸机拉速提高了30%~35%。Effects of some factors such as the superheat of molten steel, casting speed and the size of steel strip on feeding speed were investigated. The results reveal that the feeding speed is increased with in- creasing in casting velocity, and the optimized casting velocity and over-heating temperature of the liquid steel are 1.2-1.4 m/rain and 28-31 ℃, respectively. With feeding ratio of approximately 1%, feeding speed is decreased with steel strip size increase. The OM observation shows that the technology can en- large equiaxed grain zone at center to 45% -55% of cross section area, greatly eliminating the center segregation and increasing the compactness of center structure, meanwhile, the macro-structure of the continuous casting billet is improved with the decrease of composition heterogeneity at axial direction and improvement of steel strip quality. In addition, the casting velocity of the caster is increased by 30% 35%.
