冠状动脉慢血流患者颈动脉弹性与超敏C反应蛋白的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血管回声跟踪(ET)技术检测冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)患者颈动脉弹性与血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的相关性。方法 CSF组患者55例,具有相似危险因素的冠状动脉血流正常者55例为对照组。通过ET获得双侧颈动脉的弹性指数(β)、压力-应变弹性指数(Eρ)、顺应性(AC)和脉搏波传播速度(PWV);并测量Hs-CRP。结果 CSF组Hs-CRP、β、Eρ和PWV高于对照组(P<0.05),AC低于对照组(P<0.01)。CSF组Hs-CRP与β、Eρ及PWV呈正相关(r值分别为0.274、0.415、0.454,P<0.05),与AC呈负相关(r值为-0.295,P<0.05)。β、Eρ及PWV与CSF呈正相关,AC与CSF呈负相关。结论 ET可便捷、高效评估CSF患者颈动脉弹性,Hs-CRP与颈动脉动脉弹性参数有很好的相关性。Objective To study the correlation between carotid artery elasticity and high sensitivity C-reactive protein （Hs-CRP） in patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon （CSF）.Methods Fifty-five patients with CSF and 55 subjects with a similar distribution of risk factors and normal coronary blood flow were recruited.The elastic parameters of bilateral carotid arteries were obtained by real time echo-tracking （ET） technique,including elastic index （β）,pressure-strain index （Ep）,compliance index（AC） and PWV.The serum Hs-CRP of all subjects in the two groups were measured.Results The β,Ep and PWV were higher in CSF group than those in control group （P＜0.05）,but AC was lower than that in control group （P＜0.01）.The Hs-CRP was positively correlated with the β,Ep and PWV （r value were 0.274,0.415 and 0.454,respectively,P＜0.05）,but negatively correlated with AC （r value was-0.295,P＜0.05）.The serum level of Hs-CRP was higher in CSF group than that in control group （P＜0.05）.CSF was positively correlated with the β,Ep and PWV,but negatively correlated with AC.Conclusion Echo-tracking technique is a simple and practical method to evaluate carotid artery stiffness.And the Hs-CRP is correlated well with the parameters of carotid artery elasticity in the patients with CSF.
