中药通疏联合布地奈德吸入治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中药通疏联合布地奈德吸入治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的疗效。方法重度稳定期COPD患者68例随机分为对照组、治疗组和综合治疗组,对照组应用抗生素及支气管扩张剂等常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,加用及布地奈德吸入,综合治疗组在治疗组基础上以红花黄色素静滴同时吸入布地奈德。测定各组患者治疗前后肺功能指标及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)量化评分,评价各组总有效率。结果治疗后,治疗组和综合治疗组SGRQ评分、肺功能指标及临床症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),综合治疗组改善更显著(P<0.01);治疗组和综合治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),综合治疗组总有效率改善更显著(P<0.01)。结论红花黄色素联合布地奈德吸入可以有效改善肺功能,缓解临床症状,副作用小,显著提高临床疗效及患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of saffower yellower combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 68 patients with severe COPD at stable phase were divided into comprehensive treatment group, treatment group and control group. The control group was given antibiotics,bronchodilators and corticosteroids and other conventional treatment. Besides conventional treatment, comprehensive treatment group was treated with saffower yellower intravenous injection and budesonide inhalation. And treatment group was just given budesonide inhalation.Before and after treatment, arterial blood gas indicators and pulmonary function were determined in each group.Else,cough and dyspnea symptoms of patients were also observed. And the total efficiency of all groups was evaluated. Results After treatment, pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of the two treatment groups were improved compared with control group（P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Saffower yellower injection combined with budesonide inhalation can effectively improve lung function and relieve the clinical symptoms. The side effect of this treatment is small. It can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients.
