摘 要:选取四川盆地下寒武统牛蹄塘组黑色页岩在35℃,50℃和65℃下进行了高温高压等温吸附实验,基于吸附势理论,对吸附平衡数据进行处理,计算甲烷气体在页岩上的吸附势和吸附空间体积,绘制页岩对甲烷的吸附特性曲线,建立页岩高温高压吸附等温线预测模型。研究表明,尽管温度对页岩气吸附影响较大,但由于页岩吸附甲烷为物理吸附,作用力主要为与温度无关的色散力,因此页岩对甲烷的吸附特性曲线具有温度不变性,不同温度下的特性曲线互相重合。基于吸附势理论的预测模型只需要一个温度下的吸附平衡数据即可对其他温度、压力下的气体吸附量进行预测,预测结果与实验数据非常吻合,平均相对误差小于3%.Taking the Niutitang black shales of Lower Cambrian in Sichuan basin as an example,high temperature and high pressure iso-thermal adsorption experiments were conducted at 35℃,50℃,and 65℃.Based on the adsorption potential theory,the adsorption data wereprocessed,and the adsorption potential and adsorption volume of methane on shales were calculated.Then the adsorption characteristiccurves were plotted,from which the adsorption isotherms models were predicted.The results show that effect of temperature on the adsorp-tion characteristic curves is greater,but such an adsorption is a physical one,its acting force is mainly dispersion force independent of tem-perature,therefore,the adsorption characteristic curves of methane on shales are of invariance of temperature,and the curves in differenttemperatures appear to be superposition each other.The adsorption prediction model can forecast gas adsorption capacity at other tempera-ture and pressure conditions by adsorption data at one temperature as required.The case study indicates that the prediction results fit wellwith the experimental data,and the average relative error is less than 3%.
