摘 要:目的:研究吉林省北纬43°地区健康人群血清25( OH) D3水平及其与血钙、血磷的相关性。研究吉林省与不同地理纬度的白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙以及北京、上海、广州等地健康人群25(OH)D3水平的差异。方法收集吉林省长春市、双阳区、双辽市、公主岭市、伊通县、梨树县、永吉县2873例20~80岁健康体检人群血清标本,按10岁为一年龄段分组,采用德国Roche公司COBAS E601电化学发光分析仪检测血清25( OH) D3,采用德国Roche公司COBAS C501全自动生化分析仪检测血Ca、血P。结果吉林省健康人群血清25( OH) D3水平低于上海、北京、广州、贵阳、岳阳市健康人群,低于白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙健康人群,25( OH) D3水平与血Ca正相关。结论吉林省健康人群血清25( OH) D3水平缺乏占总例数70.17%,维生素D不足占23.63%,维生素D充足仅占6.2%。地理纬度、日照时数是维生素D缺乏的因素之一,是影响骨代谢的重要因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum 25–hydroxy vitamin D3(25(OH)D3) level and serum calcium and phosphorus of healthy population in Jilin province, where locates at 43°north latitude region, and to study the differences of serum 25 ( OH) D3 between the healthy people in Jilin and in different geographical latitude countries such as Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Spain, and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou.Methods Serum samples of 2873 20 -80 -year -old healthy people in Changchun, Shuangyang district, Shuangliao city, Gongzhuling city, Yitong county, Lishu county, and Yongji county of Jilin province were collected.All the subjects were divided into different groups according to a 10-year division.Serum levels of 25 ( OH) D3 were detected using Roche COBAS E601 ECL analyzer.Serum levels of Ca and P were detected using Roche COBAS C501 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The serum 25 ( OH) D3 level in the healthy people in Jilin province was lower than that in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Yueyang city, and was also lower than that in Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, and Spain.The serum 25 ( OH) D3 level was positively correlated with serum Ca.Conclusion The deficiency of serum 25 ( OH) D3 levels accounts for 70.17%of the total population.The serum insufficiency and sufficiency of vitamin D account for 23.63% and 6. 2%, respectively.Geographical latitude and sunshine are factors of vitamin D deficiency, and they are important factors affecting bone metabolism.
