摘  要:雌核发育抗病草鱼在养殖过程中已表现出较好的抗病能力,但对其抗病力的确定还缺乏有力的证据。通过对雌核发育抗病草鱼和相同饲养条件下普通草鱼的主要免疫球蛋白基因(Ig D、Ig Z和Ig M)相对表达量、免疫生化指标(白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和肌酐)、血清溶菌酶活性等相关参数的比较,分析了雌核发育抗病草鱼的免疫能力。数据显示雌核发育抗病草鱼Ig Z、Ig M m RNA在血液和脾脏中的相对表达量、Ig D m RNA在头肾和脾脏中的相对表达量都与普通草鱼存在显著差异(P<0.05);溶菌酶活性与普通草鱼存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在免疫生化指标方面,雌核发育抗病草鱼也明显优于普通草鱼。研究结果肯定了雌核发育抗病草鱼在免疫机能方面的优越性。Gynogenetic grass craps have excellent disease resistance than common grass craps in the culture process. Up to now, there have been few reports that could explain the immunity of gynogenetic grass crap.The immunoglobulin(Ig D, Ig Z and Ig M) m RNA relative expression, immune parameters(albumin, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine) and serum lysozyme activity were assayed between gynogenetic and common grass carp which were fed under the same conditions to investigate the immunity of gynogenetic grass carp. The results showed that the expression values of Ig Z and Ig M m RNA of gynogenetic grass carp in the blood and spleen were significantly higher than those in the common grass carp(P 〈0.05), the expression values of Ig D m RNA in head, kidney and spleen were also significantly higher than those in the common fish(P〈0.05). Lysozyme activity in gynogenetic grass carp was significant different(P 〈0.05) from that of the common grass carp. The immune biochemical parameters of gynogenetic grass carp were obviously superior to those of common grass carp. The experimental data confirmed the anti-disease superiority in gynogenetic grass carp, which is benefit for the aquaculture.
