摘 要:为解决目前国内袋装货物仓库堆垛仍靠人工存在劳动强度大、环境恶劣等问题,提出胶带输送机—桥式堆袋机系统物流作业方式。基于某一仓库堆袋中心进行布局规划设计,对该物流系统的输送机系统和桥式堆袋机系统建立仿真模型,运用物流仿真软件Auto Mod对模型进行了直观的再现运行。仿真结果表明,该系统运行可靠,操作简单,降低了堆垛过程中的人工操作,提高了作业效率和安全系数。In this paper, in order to solve the problems in the current bags cargo warehouse stacking, we proposed the bridge-typed bags stacking system logistics operation mode. Based on the layout and plan design of one storage center, we established the simulation model of the system's conveyor system and bridge-typed bags stacking system. Using the simulation software Auto Mod, we observed its operation condition directly. The results indicated that this system was reliable and could be easily operated, which could reduce the labor work and increase the work efficiency and the safety factor.
