摘　　要：结合现有的服务供应链模型以及需求链管理思想建立了一个以需求层次为出发点的服务需求链模型,该模型能够帮助案例行业(中国电信业)认清机遇与威胁所在,对企业的宏观战略管理有一定的参考价值。In this paper, in connection with the available service supply chain model and the concept of the demand chain management,we established a service demand chain model with the demand hierarchy as the point of departure and then introduced the value of the model.
