摘　　要：从政府投资管理的角度提出了我国三种主要无水港投资运营模式,分析了各种模式的优缺点、适用条件,并从投资、开发期、责任、风险的角度对不同模式进行了分析比较,针对国内无水港投资运营中存在的普遍问题,提出有关政策建议。In this paper, from the perspective of government investment and administration, we proposed three major modes in the investment and operation of the dry ports in China, analyzed the strengths and weaknesses as well as applicable conditions of each of them,then compared them from the angles of investment, development circle, responsibility, and risk, and at the end, proposed the relevant suggestions to deal with the common problems in the investment and operation of the dry ports in China.
