基于农户视角的生鲜农产品流通效率实证研究——以赣南脐橙为例

摘　　要：基于农户对流通渠道选择的视角,以赣南脐橙为研究对象,构建生鲜农产品流通效率测度指标;运用数据包络分析法对赣南脐橙流通效率进行实证分析。研究表明赣南脐橙的流通效率普遍不高,流通技术效率12.9%、流通纯技术效率21.4%、流通规模效率14.3%偏低;流通渠道最为有效的是"农户+公司","农户+批发市场"次之,且规模报酬均为递增;"农户+收购商"流通渠道更适合小规模的农户。并在此基础上分析影响各个流通渠道流通效率的原因,并提出了建议。In this paper, approaching the circulation channel selection problem from the perspective of a farmer and with the Gannan navel orange as the object, we built the fresh agricultural produce circulation efficiency measurement index system, applied the DEA to study empirically the circulation efficiency of the Gannan navel orange, identified the existing problems and the most efficient circulation channel therein, and at the end, on such basis, analyzed the factors influencing the circulation efficiency of the various channels.
