服务网点安全库存减少策略研究——以M公司维修网点为例

摘　　要：以M公司维修网点维修备件的库存管理为背景,通过建立连续盘点策略模型,提出了把正常补库的盘点策略由周期盘点改为连续盘点的做法,以提高备件满足率,减少安全库存,节约企业运营成本。基于实际的数据分析表明,采用连续盘点策略,在保证服务水平不变的前提下,M公司的维修网点可以有效地减少应急订单数量、降低库存管理成本,并为该公司维修网点提出了减少安全库存的其他建议。In this paper, with the inventory management at the maintenance service outlets of the company M as the background, and through building the continuous inventory keeping model, we proposed the method to change the normal replenishment mode into the continuous inventory keeping mode, and then based on an analysis of actual data, showed that, by adopting the continuous inventory keeping strategy and while guaranteeing the same service level, the maintenance service outlets of the company M Could effectively reduce their safety inventory level.
