摘　　要：对宁波某物流企业(以下简称物流企业)原有运输成本的构成进行分析,针对不同的客户群,运用数学建模的方法,得出服务成本核算的差别优化模型,为物流企业运输业务决策提供有益的思路和方法。In this paper, we analyzed the composition of the transportation cost of a certain logistics enterprise from Ningbo, and then in view of different customer bases, built the differential optimization model for the accounting of the service cost of the enterprise.
