摘　　要：为了更好地解决电子商务的"最后一公里"配送难题,提出了自动化配送的新技术—"物流塔"的基本概念和设想;然后阐述了"物流塔"应该具备的三大功能:临时仓储功能、自动化配送功能、自助收发货功能;最后从"物流塔"的选址、信息系统构建、自动化配送和顾客自助发件等四个方面分析了物流塔的运行模式。In this paper, in order to better solve the last-mile problem faced by the e-businesses, we proposed the basic concept and vision of a new automated distribution technology, i.e., the logistics tower, then introduced its three major functions, and at the end, from four aspects, analyzed the operational processes of the logistics tower.
