摘 要:磷含量低于7%的化学镀Ni-P层耐特定压缩机工况下的腐蚀性能欠佳,而磷含量超过12%时硬度不符合要求。为此,在压缩机叶轮用不锈钢FV520B表面制备了磷含量9%的Ni-P化学镀层,并作不同热处理。利用X射线衍射、荧光光谱、电子探针、电化学工作站以及摩擦磨损试验机等对Ni-P镀层的显微组织、结合力、硬度、耐磨损性能和耐特定工况腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:以抗拉强度1 080 MPa的FV520B不锈钢为基体材料,Ni-P化学镀层的硬度超过基材500 HV3 N,摩擦磨损失重量为基材的1/100,在5%醋酸和5%HBr混合溶液中的自腐蚀电位高于基材10 m V;基材在10%H2SO4中的腐蚀速率为镀层的38倍。Electroless Ni-P alloy coating with a P content of less than 7%(mass fraction;the same hereafter) has poor corrosion resistance under the working condition of compressor,while the same coating containing more than 12%of P has not high enough hardness.Therefore,Ni-P alloy coating with a P content of 9%was prepared on the surface of FV520 B stainless steel(tensile strength:1 080 MPa) used for the impeller channel of compressor.As-plated Ni-P alloy coating was heat-treated.An X-ray diffractometer,a fluorescence spectrometer,an electron probe,an electrochemical workstation and a friction and wear tester were performed to analyze and measure the microstructure,adhesion force,hardness,friction and wear behavior and corrosion resistance under special working condition of the Ni-P alloy coating.Results indicated the hardness of electroless Ni-P coating was higher than that of the steel substrate by 500 HV_(3N),and its wear mass loss was 1/100 of the mass loss of the substrate.Besides,the corrosion potential of the Ni-P alloy coating in the mixed solution of 5%acetic acid and 5%HBr was 10 mV higher than that of the steel substrate,while its corrosion rate in 10%H_2SO_4 was only 1/38 of the corrosion rate of the steel substrate.
