摘 要:目前有关奥氏体不锈钢在不同温度淡化海水中耐蚀性的研究报道较少。为此,使用电化学和应力腐蚀测试方法,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)测定了304不锈钢在不同温度一级反渗透淡化海水中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着温度的升高,304不锈钢的极化电阻和点蚀击破电位均减小,耐蚀性下降;304不锈钢的临界点蚀温度为34.9℃;温度升高后应力腐蚀敏感性增强,断口腐蚀特征从韧性断裂向脆性断裂发展。The corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel in Grade 1 reverse osmosis desalinate seawater with different temperature was evaluated by electrochemical test and stress-corrosion test in association with scanning electron microscopic observation.Result showed that,with the increase of the temperature of the desalinate seawater,the polarization resistance and pitting corrosion potential of the stainless steel tended to de cline,while its corrosion resistance tended to decrease therewith.Besides,the critical pitting temperature of the stainless steel was34.9 ℃,and elevating temperature of the desalinate seawater increased its stress corrosion sensitivity.Moreover,the corroded-fractured morphology of the steel was transferred from ductile fracture to brittle rupture along with the increase of the temperature.
