摘 要:为了适应未来复杂、多变和强对抗的信息化战争,网络中心化C4ISR系统应具备自适应特性。针对系统自适应研究难点,提出了网络中心化C4ISR系统自适应概念,分析了其特征,建立了感知—决策—执行(ADE)自适应概念模型,并从系统结构、系统功能和信息服务3方面提出了自适应实现方法。试验结果表明,网络中心化C4ISR系统具备自适应机制后,结构、功能和信息服务等方面效能提升显著。For better adapting to future complex, variational and strong antagonism informatiza- tion wars, a net-centric command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) system should have self-adaptive characteristics. Aimed at researc- hing difficulties for the self-adaptive ability, the self-adaptive concept for net-centric C4ISR sys- tem is proposed, the self-adaptive characteristics are analyzed, and the concept model, called the awareness-decision-execution fADE) model, is established. Realization methods for self-adaptive ability are proposed from three aspects of system structure, system function and information service. Experimental results show that the performances of C4 ISR system with the self-adaptive ability are improved in the system structure, system function, information service and other fields.
