摘 要:为了适应多样化作战任务和复杂态势环境,网络化C4ISR系统自动调整系统结构以提高系统结构时效性至关重要。鉴于此,结合C4ISR系统结构OPDAR模型和信息流模型,提出了基于信息流的时效性优化模型和求解方法。首先,提出了反复迭代优化瓶颈子结构直至优化效果收敛的整体思路;然后,在分析系统结构时效性优化目标和约束条件基础上建立了系统结构时效性优化模型,并在优化瓶颈子结构过程中设计了专用遗传算法(GA)用于搜索最佳优化方案;最后,通过优化一个区域联合防空系统结构案例,验证了该优化方法的有效性和可行性。To adapt to a variety of combat missions and complex environmental situations, how the structure of the networked command, control, communication, and computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) system can automatically adjust the system structure and promote the timeliness of the system structure is crucial. To solve this problem, a timeliness optimization model and the solving method are proposed based on the information flow with the combination of C4ISR system architecture optical detecting and ranging (OPDAR) model and the information flow model. In this method, the overall optimization idea of iteratively optimizing sub-structure bottleneck until the effect of optimization is converged. Then, the timeliness opti- mization mode is established based on the analysis of the timely optimization objectives and con- straint conditions. In the process of optimization, the genetic algorithm (GA)is designed to search the best optimization scheme. Finally, the optimization method is validated to be effective and feasible through the optimization case of regional joint air defense system structure.
