摘 要:信息优势转化为决策和行动优势是信息化战争获胜的关键,指挥决策是C4ISR系统的核心能力,仿真在C4ISR系统决策支持过程中发挥着重要作用。基于平行系统理念,提出了面向C4ISR系统决策支持的平行仿真概念及框架,从平行仿真概念特征、能力需求和功能组成以及体系结构3方面进行研究,为建立面向C4ISR系统决策支持的平行仿真系统提供借鉴。Transforming the information advantage to the decision and action advantage is one critical matter to prevail over opponents in the information war. Command decision is the key ca- pability of the command,control, communication, and computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) system. Simulation plays a significant role in the C4ISR system com- mand decision process. Based on the concept of parallel system, the concept and the framework of the parallel simulation for C4 ISR system command decision support are proposed based on the parallel system concept. The concept and characteristics of the parallel simulation, the capability requirement and the function composition are discussed, thus providing references for building parallel simulation system oriented at the command decision support of the C4ISR system.
