摘 要:介绍了悬挂筋板的铸件结构及技术要求,并详细阐述了原生产工艺存在的问题。针对该铸件铸造工艺出品率低,生产效率不高等问题,对原工艺进行改进,采用以下措施:采用开放式浇注系统,浇口比为ΣF直:ΣF横:ΣF内=1:1.36:1.67;每箱做4件,上型采用专用的异形型板做出吊砂,不再使用盖板砂芯;在下型增设芯头及积砂槽;采用发热保温暗冒口等。结果使得铸件的工艺出品率由原工艺的56%提高到80.2%,砂铁比由原工艺的5:1降低到3:1,与原工艺相比,每件节约回收砂252kg,铸件表面质量完全满足客户要求,清理气割打磨量明显减少,废品率稳定在3%以内。The casting configuration and technical requirements of the hanging stiffened plate were introduced,and the problem existing with former casting method was described in detail. Since process yield rate was low and productivity wasn't high, the former casting method was improved by adopting following measures:using non-pressured gating system with gates ratio of ΣFsprue:ΣFnunner:ΣFingztes: 1.36:1.67;4 pieces was produced per mold;using special shaped molding plate to make sand cod in the cope mold and the covering core was no more used;setting additional core prints and sand-accumulating grooves in the drag mold;using insulating blind risers,et al. As the result,the process yield of the casting increased from 56% of former method to 80.2%,the sand/iron ratio decreased from 5:1 of former method to 3:1,and compared with former method, 252 kg reclaimed sand was saved per casting,the surface quality of castings fully met clients" requirements,the gas-cutting and grinding time for removing riser and gating system was obviously reduced,the rejection rate was stabilized less than 3%.
