摘 要:"三高"油气田开发一直是国内外油气田开发的一个难点,其中高含硫对钻具、设备安全和作业人员健康都构成了威胁。塔中I号气田是塔里木油田典型的高含硫油气田,部分井H2S质量浓度达到了607 000 mg/m3,近年来多次发生H2S致钻具腐蚀开裂事件,给油田安全生产带来了严重挑战。通过对塔中I号气田多起钻具断裂事故分析,表明:湿H2S环境下钻具发生腐蚀断裂有电化学腐蚀、氢致开裂和硫化物应力腐蚀开裂三种;其主要影响因素有H2S含量、p H值、温度和钻具材质。建议加强对钻具材质中有害元素的控制,定期检测泥浆中p H值变化情况,加强对钻具的管理工作,选择的合适的压井方式等来防止类似事件发生。The high-sulfur, high-pressure and high-temperature oil and gas field development is always a challenge both at home and abroad. The high-sulfur gas has imposed a great thread to the safety of drillpipe and equipment and the health of operators. Tazhong I Oilfield is one of typical high-sulfur gas oilfields in Tarim Oilfield. The sulfur in some wells is as high as 607 000 mg/m3. The safety production has been seriously challenged in recent years because of drillpipe failures. The analysis of several drillpipe failures in Tazhong I oilfield shows that the corrosion fractures of drillpipe under wet H2S environment are electro-chemical corrosion, hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC). The main impact factors are sulfide content, pH value, temperature and material of drillpipe. It is recommended to strengthen the control of hazardous elements in drillpipe material, periodically test the pH value change of slurry, improve the management and select an appropriate well kill method to prevent the similar incidents.
