摘 要:以甲醛、酮、有机胺为原料,在50 ~ 100℃反应合成了曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,并研究了反应物摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和反应体系的pH值等因素对反应产物缓蚀性能的影响.对曼尼希碱缓蚀剂的合成工艺条件进行优化,总结了最佳合成工艺条件:反应温度100 ℃,胺和酮摩尔比为1.5,醛和酮为1.0,反应液pH值为3,反应时间6h,此条件合成的缓蚀剂在质量分数为15% HCl体系中腐蚀速率最小;把2%缓蚀剂加入到温度为90℃,质量分数为15%的盐酸体系中,钢片的腐蚀速率降为2.01 g/(m2·h),说明缓蚀剂TS-3具有较好的抗高温性.根据其极化曲线说明该缓蚀剂是以抑制阳极过程为主的混合控制型缓蚀剂.Mannich base inhibitor is synthesized with formaldehyde, ketones, organic amines under a temperature of 50 ℃- 100 ℃. The impacts of the molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time, pH value, etc on the corrosion inhibition performance of reaction products are studied, and process conditions for the synthesis of Mannich base inhibitor are optimized. The optimal conditions are: 100 ℃ reaction temperature, n (amine) / n (ketone) = 1.5, n (formaldehyde) / n (ketone) = 1. 0, the solution pH:3 and reaction time:6 hours. The corrosion inhibitor system synthesized under these conditions offers minimum corrosion rate in 15% HCl system; When the corrosion inhibitor is added at a dosage of 2.0% to the 15 % hydrochloric acid system of 90 ℃ temperature, the corrosion rate of steel is reduced to 2.01g/( m2 · h), which indicates that the corrosion inhibitor TS-3 has good thermal resistance performance. The polarization curves show that the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed type corrosion inhibitor which mainly inhibits anodic process.
