摘  要:介绍了电弧喷涂铝涂层防腐机理是铝涂层起物理覆盖作用,可较好地将钢铁基体与水、空气及其它介质隔离开,同时,铝本身的耐蚀性远好于钢铁,在海洋平台环境中,铝涂层将作为牺牲阳极,而使钢铁基体得以保护,起阴极保护作用.也介绍了电弧喷涂铝涂层材料要求和电弧喷涂铝涂层施工要求,同时也介绍了电弧喷涂铝涂层的厚度测量标准、附着力测量平均值应高于7MPa、弯曲强度测量和电弧喷涂孔隙形成机制及控制措施等。The corrosion protection mechanism of A1 coating by electric arc spraying is the physical covering of A1 coating which can effectively isolate the base metal from water, air and other media. Whereas, the corrosion resistance of aluminum is higher than that of steels. In offshore platform environment, the A1 coating works as sacrificing anode to protect the base metal. The material requirement of A1 coating by electric arc spraying and A1 coating construction requirement are introduced as well as the measurement standard for the thickness of A1 coating by electric arc spraying, measurement of average cohesion force which should be higher than 7 MPa, measurement of flexural strength, the forming mechanism of pores in electric arc spraying coating and control measures, etc.
