补肾柔肝方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾柔肝方治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:CHB肝纤维化患者60例,分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,疗程均为3个月,分别于治疗前后检测两组患者的肝功能和肝纤维化4项指标,并进行比较。结果:疗程结束后两组患者ALT、AST、TBil均有不同程度下降,同时Alb升高,以治疗组明显。治疗组患者HA、PCⅢ、LN、C-Ⅳ亦明显下降,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾柔肝方具有显著的抗肝纤维化作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Rougan recipe on treating liver fibrosis patients with chronic hepatitis B（ CHB）. Methods： Sixty cases of liver fibrosis patients with CHB were devided into the treatment group（ 30 cases） and the control group（ 30cases）,treated for three months. The detection results of liver function and hepatic fibrosis in two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results： ALT,AST and TBil were decreased in varying degrees in the end of the course,and Alb was elevated,especially in the treatment group. HA,PCⅢ,LN and C-Ⅳ were decreased obviously in the treatment group,and lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Bushen Rougan recipe has significant effects on treatment of liver fibrosis.
