摘  要:沼肥是畜禽粪便和农作物秸秆经过厌氧发酵后产生的残留物,其用于农业生产,能减少化肥和农药大量使用,有效改善生态环境。我国水生蔬菜种植发展迅速,但目前过多的依赖化肥导致土壤板结,水生蔬菜的产量不高、品质差等。较系统地论述了沼肥的特性、水生蔬菜种植现状以及沼肥在水生蔬菜栽培中的应用,旨在为沼肥的高效、安全利用和无公害水生蔬菜的高产优质栽培技术提供理论依据。Biogas fertilizer is anaerobic fermentation residue of the animal excrement and crops straw, which used in agricultural production can reduce the pollution of chemical fertilizers and pesti- cides, and improve the ecological environment. Up to date, a great number of aquatic vegetables were cultivated in our country. However, it also brings about many problems, such as excessive dependence on chemical fertilizer resulting in soil harden, the low in yield and the decline in quality of crop. This article summarized the basic characteristics of biogas fertilizer, the current status of aquatic vegetable and the application prospects of biogas fertilizer in aquatic vegetable production, which offered theo- retical basis of the effective utilization of biogas fertilizer and the production of non-polluted aquatic vegetables.
