摘　　要：从应用科技创新与国家科技战略需求相结合的视角,就地方科学院如何适应创新驱动发展作了探讨。从应用科技研究应该熟悉把握世界基础研究、世界应用科技研究和国内外知识产权的发展态势3个方面入手,结合国家的科技战略思路、法律体系和地方政府科技战略的定位等研究,提出了应用科技创新必须力争与市场和企业需求接轨、坚持具有自己的研究特点和以多出成果快出成果为导向来助推经济社会发展。This paper systematically discussed how the local academy of sciences adapts itself to the innovation-driven development, from the perspective of combining innovation of applied science and technology with strategic demands of the national science and technology. Based on three aspects, that is, the applied science and technology should know correctly and hold the basic research and the applied science and technology research in the world, as well as the development trends of intellectu- al property rights at home and abroad, also combining with the researches of the national development strategy of science and technology, the legal systems and the orientation of the science and technology strategy for local governments, the paper proposed that in order to boost the economic and social de- velopment ,the innovation of applied science and technology must try to go with demands of the mar- ket and enterprise, stand to the research characteristics itself, and be oriented towards achieving more and quick results.
