摘　　要：妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期所特有的疾病,其严重并发症是导致孕产妇和婴儿病死率升高的主要原因。既往对妊娠期高血压疾病并发症方面的研究常局限于单个脏器,但其常累及多个脏器(如:心脏、肝脏、肾脏)胎盘及神经系统。该文就妊娠期高血压疾病严重并发症所涉及的脏器损害进行总结回顾,从而系统了解其研究进展,对恰当的评估患者病情、积极预防和治疗妊娠期高血压疾病、降低围生儿病死率和改善新生儿预后等有重要意义。Gestational hypertension is a unique disease during pregnancy,the serious complications of which are still the leading causes of maternal and infant mortality increase. Previously,the research of the complications was often limited to a single organ,though multiple organs,such as placenta,heart,liver,kidney and nervous system,were often involved. Here summarizes the organ damages involved,so as to establish a systematic understanding of the research progress in this area,which is significant to the evaluation,active prevention and treatment of gestational hypertension,reducing the perinatal fatality and improving the prognosis of neonatal.
