摘 要:为了掌握深圳市观赏植物线虫病的发生和动态,从2006年至今,对深圳市观赏植物线虫病害进行了持续的调查监测,在生长不良的观赏植物根际采集了根系和土壤样品,用改良贝曼漏斗法从这些样品中分离出多种植物线虫,利用光学显微镜对这些线虫进行了形态学鉴定。其中,从宝安区、光明新区和南山区的袖珍椰子(Chamaedorea elegans)和孔雀竹芋(Calathea koyana)根际样品中分离鉴定出双宫螺旋线虫[Helicotylenchus dihystera(Cobb,1890)Sher,1961]和假强壮螺旋线虫[H.pseudorobustus(Steiner,1914)Golden,1956]。这2种线虫的形态测量值和特征分别被记录和描述,其中双宫螺旋线虫雌虫体长557.5~657.5μm,口针长22.5~27.5μm,尾长12.5~17.5μm,尾端无尾尖突;假强壮螺旋线虫雌虫体长647.5~740.0μm,口针长25.0~30.0μm,尾长17.5~22.5μm,尾端有一个尾尖突。这是首次报道双宫螺旋线虫和假强壮螺旋分别发生于袖珍椰子和孔雀竹芋根际。Since 2006,a continuous survey of plant parasitic nematodes on ornamental plants was conducted in Shenzhen.The samples were collected from rhizosphere soils and roots of poor growth ornamental plants.Some plant parasitic nematodes were extracted by using the modified Baermann funnel and identified by using light microscope.Two species of the genus Helicotylenchus(Steiner,1945)extracted from Chamaedorea elegans and Calathea koyana in Baoan District,Guangming New District and Nanshan District were identified to be as Helicotylenchus dihystera(Cobb,1890)Sher,1961 and Helicotylenchus.pseudorobustus(Steiner,1914) Golden,1956 through further morphological observations and measurements.Their morphological characters and measurements were described here.H.dihystera(Cobb,1890)Sher,1961 is characterised by female with length of 557.5~657.5μm,stylet 22.5~27.5μm long,tail 12.5~17.5μm long with round terminal;H.pseudorobustus(Steiner,1914)Golden,1956 is characterized by female with length of 647.5~740.0μm,stylet 25.0~30.0μm long,tail 17.5~22.5μm long with pointed tip.This is the first report that these two nematodes respectively were found on Chamaedoreaelegansand Calathea koyana.
