立体绿化载体上5种顶蒴藓类植物营养繁殖能力比较

摘  要:为了检验棕榈垫是否能够成为苔藓立体绿化的载体,并且筛选出在此载体上能够生长的顶蒴藓类植物,本文将16种顶蒴藓类配子体碎片撒播于表面有薄层蛭石-泥炭土的棕榈垫上,4个月后,双色真藓(Bryum bicolor)、细叶莲叶藓(Rosulabryum capillare)、剑叶扭口藓(Barbula rufidula)、东亚砂藓(Racomitrum japonicum)和缺齿小石藓(Weissia edentula)5种藓类的配子体碎片形成绿色藓丛,并与立体绿化载体上的基质紧密结合。为进一步比较它们的生长和繁殖能力,测定了5种藓丛配子体的盖度、长度、配子体鲜重和干重等生长指标,运用根系分析软件(WinRhizo2000)定量地测定了单位面积内5种藓类的表面积、总体积等指标。基于以上指标,计算了反映5种藓类生长和繁殖能力的综合指数。按综合指数由高到低,5种藓类植物的排列次序为东亚砂藓、细叶莲叶藓、剑叶扭口藓、双色真藓、缺齿小石藓,它们可以作为今后屋顶和墙体立体绿化的可选种源。In order to test whether palm pads could be used as planting carriers for vertical greening with mosses,and find suitable acrocarpous mosses as greening plants growing on such carriers,gametophyte fragments of 16 acrocarpous moss species were sown onto palm pads,respectively.Each pad was spread with a thin layer of vermiculite and peat soil.After a 40-day cultivation in a humid greenhouse with 80%relative humidity,the gametophyte fragments of Bryum bicolor.Rosulabryum capillare,Barbula rufidula,Racomitrum japonicum,and Weissia edentulaformed green moss clumps,respectively,the latter closely integrated with the matrix on vertical green carriers.The coverage,length,fresh weight and dry weight of these clumps were measured.By using the WinRhizo2000 root system analyzer,their total area and volume were also determined.Based on the above indices,an integrated index was proposed and calculated to reveal the reproduction capacity of the focal moss species.The main results are as follows:(1)palm pads on the present markets could be used as planting carriers for vertical greening with mosses;(2)five mosses were ranked as Racomitrum japonicum,Rosulabryum capillare,Weissia edentula,Barbula rufidula and Bryum bicolor according to their growing and reproductive capacities,which were revealed by an integrated index in relation to gametophytic morphological and weight indices;(3)the WinRhizo root system analyzer was practical in determining moss morphological indices.
