摘 要:舵机频率响应特性严重制约着舵机快速正弦转舵性能。分析影响舵机频率响应特性的各个因素,便于使所设计的舵机的截止频率高于期望的正弦转舵频率,可简单有效解决舵机频率响应对舵机快速正弦转舵性能的制约。为了分析舵机系统频率响应特性,建立了基于ADAMS、AMESim和MATLAB的联合仿真模型。基于仿真模型,分析了舵机系统各参数对其频率响应特性的影响,并指出了影响舵机系统频率特性的主要参数。仿真结果表明,变量泵频响制约系统频响特性;推舵机构固有频率与柱塞缸有效作用面积、个数和推舵力臂正相关,与舵柄惯量、柱塞缸质量、主油管路体积相关性较弱。Steering gear frequency response characteristics seriously restrict its fast sinusoidal steering performance. This paper analyzes the factors that influence steering gear frequency response characteristics, to make the cut-off frequency of the designed steering gear higher than the expected frequency of sinusoidal steering, which easily and effectively solves the restriction of frequency response on rapid sinusoidal steering. In order to analyze the steering system frequency response characteristics, a combined simulation model based on ADAMS, AMESim and MATLAB is established. Based on the simulation model, the influence of various steering gear system parameters on the frequency response characteristics is analyzed, and the main influencing parameters are pointed out. The simulation results show that the variable displacement pump frequency response restricts the system frequency response characteristics; the inherent frequency of rudder actuator is positively correlated with the effective area and quantity of the plunger-type cylinder, and with the rudder actuator arm of force as well; but weakly correlated with the tiller inertia, plunger-type cylinder mass and volume of main oil pipeline.
