摘　　要：等级医院评审采用PDCA质量管理和基本方法,通过质量管理计划的制订及组织实现的过程,实现医疗质量和安全的持续改进。说明等级评审对医院管理全过程的评价已经被提到了非常重要的层面,势必推动财务管理水平的提升。该文对目前医院财务管理存在的问题及等级医院财务管理的新要求进行探讨。Rank hospital appraisal adopts PDCA quality administration and basic methods. Through quality management design and implementation, continuous improvement in medicare quality and security has been achieved. It is manifested that the appraisal is not only confined to the formalities, but focuses more on the whole process of hospital management. Overall management level of the hospital can be elevated holistically, which will in turn promote the financial administration, thus achieving modernized and standardized hospital development.
