摘　　要：19世纪以来,商业方法在世界各国的专利审查中逐步被得到认可,全球商业方法专利的数量和质量都在与日俱增。而商业方法专利的审查制度则是控制商业方法专利数量及质量的"安全阀"。针对金融业商业方法的特殊性和复杂性,本文将对金融商业方法专利的审查制度进行研究。对国内当前的金融商业方法专利现状给予分析,并结合国际上成熟的商业方法专利审查经验,提出相应的政策建议,对我国金融商业方法专利审查制度的完善作出贡献。Since the 19th century, the patent examination of business method has been gradually recognized in the world, and both the quantity and the quality of world＇s business method patents are increasing. The censorship of business method patents has been regarded as the ＂safety valve＂ to control the quantity and quality of business method patents. For the particularity and complexity of business methods in financial sector, this article mainly studies the censorship of financial business methods. Based on the current domestic situation of the financial busi- ness method patent, combined with mature international experience about business method patent examination, the article proposes some policy recommendations, to make a contribution to improve China＇ s patent censorship of fi- nancial business method.
