摘　　要：在全媒体时代,新媒体和传统媒体并存,既有融合,又有博弈,公安学报面临重大挑战和机遇。面对新的媒体环境,公安学报欲实现新的跨越式发展,就必须坚持"内容为王"的原则,兼顾学术性和实用性、行业性与服务性,实现特色化定位;同时按照"渠道为皇"的思路,运用交互式编辑方式、数字化出版模式和现代化管理手段,实现开放式办刊。The new media and the traditional media coexist in omnimedia age. The journal of police colleges is facing significant challenges and opportunities. In order to achieve leap development in new media environment, we should insist on king content to balance technicality with practicability and combine expertise with service for characteristic orientation. We also should persist in king channel to use interactive editing, digital publishing and modern management for open publication.
