白芍总苷胶囊联合正清风痛宁片治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白芍总苷胶囊联合正清风痛宁片治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及对患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法类风湿关节炎患者112例,随机分成对照组和观察组各56例。对照组：接受类风湿关节炎常规治疗。观察组：在常规治疗的同时应用正清风痛宁片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗。治疗1个月后比较两组在总有效率、各项症状积分、TNF-α值、IL-6值、红细胞CR1以及CD59水平等方面差异。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组总有效率78.57%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0..5）。治疗后,观察组的各项症状积分均低于对照组（P〈0.01）,TNF-α（20.77±8.35）pg/ml、IL-6（72.77±3.12）pg/ml均低于对照组的TNF-α（58.15±22.64）pg/ml、IL-6（126.03±4.47）pg/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组的双手平均握力（28.74±8.83）mmHg高于对照组（21.54±8.24）mmHg,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组患者的15m步行时间（14.82±2.15）s短于对照组（20.72±3.63）s,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组的红细胞CR1与CD59水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01~0.05）。结论白芍总苷胶囊联合正清风痛宁片治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著,能够改善患者症状及红细胞的免疫功能,减轻患者炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and its intervention on the immune function of red blood cell.Methods 112 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each.The control group received routine therapy for rheumatoid arthritis.The observation group：accepted routine therapy for rheumatoid arthritis,and application Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules treatment.Results The total efficiency the observation group（92.86%）were higher than that of the control group（78.57%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the symptoms integral of the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,TNF-alpha of the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the average grip strength of hands of the observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,15 m walking time of the observation group（14.82±2.15s）was shorter than the control group（20.72±3.63s（P〈0.01）.After treatment,CR1,CD59 levels of red blood cells of the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01-0.05）.Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet can improve symptoms and red cell immune of rheumatoid arthritis function and reduce inflammation reaction.
