人性化护理对硬膜外分娩镇痛配合体位护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理干预对硬膜外分娩镇痛效果配合体位护理对产妇的影响。方法选择单胎、足月、无病理产科因素、无硬膜外腔穿刺禁忌症、自愿接受分娩镇痛的初产妇240例作为研究对象,其中采取人性化护理干预的120例产妇作为观察组;采用一般产科护理模式120例产妇为对照组,并在护理过程中配合异常胎体位护理,观察并比较两组的产程持续时间、镇痛效果以及分娩并发症。结果观察组比对照组总体产程时间降低,疼痛程度减轻,分娩并发症明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论人性化护理模式比一般产科护理模式更适于开展硬膜外分娩镇痛配合体位护理,可使硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛达到临床理想效果。Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the epidural labor analgesia coordination posture nursing.Methods 240 primipara with single fetus,full-term,non-pathological obstetric and no epidural puncture contraindications factors were selected as the research objects.120 cases of them were research group treated with humanized nursing.The other 120 cases were control group treated with general nursing.The analgesic effect,duration of labor and childbirth complications were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had the shorter overall labor time,weaker pain,and less birth complications（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The humanized nursing mode obstetric care is more suitable for epidural labor analgesia,and it makes the epidural labor analgesia to achieve the ideal effect.
