摘　　要：目的探讨特定综合护理干预对慢性胰腺炎患者生存质量的影响。方法选择78例慢性胰腺炎患者,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例,对照组在临床治疗中进行常规护理,观察组在临床治疗中给予特定综合护理干预,对两组患者分别在入院与出院时采用简明生命质量测定表(SF-36)对其生活质量进行评分比较,并采用logistic回归分析对慢性胰腺炎患者生存质量影响因素进行分析。结果观察组SF-36的指标评分在出院时高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)logistic回归分析结果显示:经济收入、社会支持、年龄是影响慢性胰腺炎患者生存质量的主要因素。结论对慢性胰腺炎患者,在临床治疗过程中,采用综合护理干预能有效提高慢性胰腺炎患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the influence factors of life quality in patients with chronic pancreatitis and provide theoretical basis for formulating measures of improving patient life quality.Methods 78 patients with chronic pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given specific nursing intervention.The quality of life was evaluated with SF-36.Results The scores of SF-36 and other sub-aspects of SF-36 in observation group were much lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that child classification,economic income,social support and age were the main influence factors of life quality for the patients with chronic pancreatitis.Conclusion Nursing intervention in particular can improve the quality of life in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
